Absolutely. We take extra care not to disclose anything without your express consent. We use complete discretion in making any calls to you or on your behalf, and will not reveal your name or the name of your current facility so that your position there is not compromised. Incidentally, this is another reason using a recruiter is better than posting a resume on an internet job board, where anyone can see your name.
What will I have to do once I’ve submitted my resume to Corporate Search Consultants?
It is imperative that we get to know you, your personality, and values in order to place you with a firm whose philosophies are compatible with your own. In order to learn more about you, we will conduct several telephone interviews and in the process complete a comprehensive profile of your history, interests, and career needs. Once we have mutually agreed on the way in which you would like to be presented to potential employers, we will begin the process of introducing you to the key people in your future department.
Will it cost me anything to use Corporate Search Consultants’ services?
Candidates are never charged a fee for our services, nor will the fee paid by our client companies affect your salary. We are paid a fee equal to a percentage of your first year’s salary.
What happens when I submit my resume to Corporate Search Consultants?
Often it seems nothing happens right after you submit your resume, when in fact we are hard at work entering your information into our database, cataloguing your skills and experience, and comparing your talents to the openings we are aware of at our client firms. If we identify a position for which you are qualified, we will present you with the opportunity, and if you express interest we can begin the process of getting you prepared to interview with that facility. If there is not an immediate need for your skill set, your resume remains in our files until such an occasion arises. Keep us posted as you gain new skills and experience and if your contact information changes.
